Maintain traceable records of requests, decisions, and implementation status while providing regular status reporting
Required qualifications:
Experience administering Glean or a similar enterprise SaaS platform
Background in configuration management, change control, or IT service management
Ability to translate business requirements into actionable configuration requests
Experience preparing implementation plans and release documentation
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
