Job Description: Job Description Total Care 2 U is a fast-growing home-based primary care practice serving seniors in their homes using evidence-based medicine. We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help service Dallas & East of Dallas including Garland, Mesquite, Balch Springs, Seagoville, and surrounding areas. Highlights Hybrid schedule with biweekly rotation Alternating weekly structure:

Week A: 2 in-home days, 3 telemedicine days
Week B: 3 in-home days, 2 telemedicine days
Focus on elderly and medically complex patients

Company Description: Total Care 2 U is a local medical practice run by doctors dedicated to providing comprehensive primary and chronic/transitional care to patients in the comfort of their homes.
