About the Role:
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales strategies, building relationships, driving customer acquisition, and contributing to overall team success. This is an in-person role based in Charlotte, offering hands-on training and growth opportunities for individuals eager to develop their sales and leadership skills.
Account Representative Daily Responsibilities:
Engage directly with customers to promote products and services Build and maintain strong client relationships Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets Collaborate with team members to execute sales strategies Participate in ongoing training and development sessions The Winning Mindset: Goal-oriented mindset translates directly to hitting sales targets Comfort with competition and performance tracking Strong communication and teamwork skills Resilience and ability to adapt quickly
Account Representative Qualifications:
