Lot Attendant

Qualifications: Education and/or years' experience required: High School Diploma or G.E.D. Minimum of 18 years old. Valid and clear commercial driver's license. Preferred/Required Skills and Abilities: Dealership experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written customer service skills Able to operate both automatic and manual transmissions Ability to drive pay loader preferred Able to obtain CDL (paid by employer) Essential Functions and Accountabilities Broom snow from vehicles in winter. Move trucks to and from various shops General Lot maintenance such as trim bushes/remove weeds, snow removal, pick up trash, etc. Maintains new and used vehicle inventory appearance and performance Place vehicle stock documentation in vehicles as requested. Install items on trucks and trailers such as mud flaps, safety kits, lug nut covers, hubcaps, etc. General lot maintenance such as trim bushes/remove weeds Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance. Performs Wallwork Inc.-wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor. Upholds Wallwork Inc. ethical standards and demonstrate the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures.
