Facilities Manager

Looking for someone who knows what it takes to keep an industrial facility running and can also take ownership of larger upgrades and improvement projects. This is a hands-on leadership role working across maintenance, contractors, building systems, safety, and capital/facility projects. What I’m looking for:5+ years in facilities, maintenance, construction, or project management Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, utilities, and general building systems Experience managing outside contractors and service providers Background coordinating facility upgrades, repairs, and improvement projects Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and maintenance tracking systems Strong understanding of workplace safety and facility compliance Degree is preferred, but relevant experience can absolutely take its place This would be a good fit for someone who enjoys having ownership of the facility, likes balancing day-to-day needs with bigger projects, and is comfortable working with both internal teams and outside vendors.
