Leasing Paralegal

Responsibilities: Draft, review, revise, and finalize commercial leases, amendments, and related legal documents throughout the negotiation and execution process Prepare, review, and revise agreements, including consents, commission and listing agreements, and other tenant-related documents Abstract leases and review lease abstracts prepared by others to ensure accuracy Perform lease administration functions, including monitoring compliance with lease terms and lease audit standards Prepare default notices, legal correspondence, and other tenant communications Process requests related to transfers, assignments, subleases, and alterations Assist with management of company associations, including annual compliance efforts and preparation of minutes and resolutions as needed Research and analyze leases, contracts, and related documents to resolve interpretation issues Maintain familiarity regarding company forms, policies, procedures, and document standards. Assist with brokerage licensing compliance and regulatory requirements Collaborate with legal, leasing, property management, and business teams to support ongoing real estate transactions and operational initiatives

Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
