Purchasing Specialist (ID# 5283)

What You’ll Do: Manage daily purchasing activities, including purchase orders, order tracking, confirmations, and vendor follow-up Enter and maintain purchasing information accurately in Net Suite Work directly with vendors to obtain pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery information Monitor open POs and follow up on late or outstanding deliveries Coordinate with Operations, Inventory, Accounting, and other departments Review inventory levels and assist with replenishment and material planning Maintain accurate vendor and purchasing records Resolve discrepancies involving POs, pricing, quantities, and deliveries Assist with identifying cost savings and process improvements Provide administrative support to the Purchasing/Operations team
