Senior Real Estate Acquisitions Lead - Multifamily & Land

Consolidated Investment Group (CIG) in Englewood, CO is seeking a seasoned Head of Acquisitions to own multifamily and land deal‑making across target markets. You will work on the ground with brokers, owners, and landholders, guiding deals from first call to closing table. You’ll drive underwriting, negotiations, and due diligence with a clear ownership mindset. The role requires 8+ years in real estate acquisitions, expertise in multifamily, industrial and land, and strong Excel/Argus fluency.
