Funds Formation Attorney (1-3 yrs) Hybrid

DLA Piper’s Investment Funds Group seeks an attorney with 1–3 years of experience in fund formation matters. The role may be located in New York, Chicago, or Austin, with a hybrid in-office/remote work arrangement. The position involves drafting and negotiating fund organizational documents, investor side letters, and coordinating investor closings. Secondaries experience is a plus. JD required. Lateral AmLaw 100 experience is preferred.
