Maritime Fleet Integration Lead — At-Sea Testing & Ops

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a Fleet Integration Manager to lead test planning and integration for maritime platforms. You will translate hands-on at-sea operating experience into robust test plans, demonstrations, and fleet-aligned requirements. You will bridge engineering and fleet units, develop test and evaluation plans, and support multi-day offshore operations. Travel up to 50% is required; candidate must obtain/maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
