Plant Manager

Location: Southern California

Compensation: $180,000–$200,000 base + 15%–25% bonus Relocation Package available for the right candidate. Our client is currently seeking a hands-on Plant Manager with strong fluid milk experience to lead operations at an established dairy manufacturing facility in Southern California. This individual will oversee production, maintenance, quality, and overall plant performance. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being on the plant floor, understands the fluid milk process from receiving and pasteurization through filling and packaging, and knows how to drive accountability through measurable results.

Key Qualifications: Strong fluid milk / dairy processing experience Plant Manager or senior operations leadership experience Knowledge of SQF, PMO, food safety, and quality standards Experience overseeing production, maintenance, and quality teams Strong understanding of KPIs, root cause analysis, and corrective actions Hands-on leadership style with the ability to develop teams and hold people accountable This is a great opportunity for an experienced dairy leader who wants ownership of a plant and the ability to make a direct impact.
