Receive inbound calls Collect and document information from callersOrganize and maintain active schedule Transmit information to the appropriate chauffeur or affiliateMonitor status of chauffeursQualificationsHigh school diploma/GEDPrevious experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar positionExcellent typing and data entry skills Understanding of best practices and procedures for emergency response situationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize projectsAbility to work well under pressure
