Line Cook Position The Line Cook is a key member of our kitchen team at The Hart and The Hunter, prepping, cooking, plating, and keeping their station guest-ready throughout service. You'll bring consistency and care to every dish while keeping pace with a fast-moving kitchen. The task at hand includes: Setting up your station and working through your daily prep list, prepping ingredients to portion and recipe specs. Cooking and plating with technique and consistency, staying open to learning new recipes and skills as the menu evolves. Keeping your station and all food storage areas clean, organized, and up to health and safety standards, including opening, closing, and extra cleaning duties as needed. Supporting your teammates wherever needed, covering stations, delivering prepped items to the line, and pitching in to keep service moving. Bringing a steady, positive attitude that keeps pace with a demanding kitchen during service rushes.
