Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with Business Services Specialists (BSS) and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to ensure complete submission packets for new accounts
Assist in the analysis and evaluation of new risks, preparing proposals, and processing endorsements as needed
Maintain relationships with insurance markets and ensure accurate and timely tracking of all marketing submissions
Required qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years in the insurance industry; an Associate degree is a plus
P&C License preferred or to be obtained within the first 6 months of employment
Basic knowledge of various commercial insurance products and coverages
Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles is advantageous
Proficient in using Agency Management Systems such as AMS360/WorkSmart and Microsoft Office applications
