Senior Controls Product Manager (Risk & Automation)

Monzo is seeking a Senior Controls Product Manager to join our newly established Controls Product & Enablement team. This role sits at the heart of our risk framework, covering core lifecycles such as Issues, RCSAs, Controls, Policy and Reg Traceability. You’ll prototype low-code tools, leverage AI models, and work with data pipelines to turn risk friction into seamless, automated self-service, collaborating across Technology, Data, Product and Risk & Compliance.
