Title Specialist I (NextGear Capital)

Key Responsibilities: Review titles for negotiability, sign and reassign titles on behalf of clients. Complete application for new title on behalf of clients as needed. Facilitate lien perfection on Next Gear Capital financed collateral when required. Release Next Gear Capital lien on collateral that has been paid in full according to policy & procedure. Communicate with internal and external clients to resolve title questions or requests via email, ServiceNOW ticket, and phone call. Answer routine questions, follow guidelines, and use judgment based on experience. Partner with more senior Title Specialists and Titles & Records leadership on complex title issues. Follow instructions and maintain workflow standards with integrity. Attain production, quality goals, and metric standards in accordance with Titles & Records department guidelines, such as productivity percentage, etc. Adhere to all Next Gear Capital & Cox Automotive company policies and procedures regarding attendance and conduct. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite. Additional assigned tasks as directed by Titles & Records leadership.

Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma/GED Generally, less than 2 years of experience Must have good organizational and time management skills. Must be detail orientated. Must display effective communication skills and customer service attitude.

Preferred Skills: Previous Motor Vehicle Titling and/or Automotive Industry experience is preferred but not required. USD 16.59 - 24.86 per hour Compensation Hourly pay rate is in the range of $16.59 - $24.86/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Benefits: Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
