Geriatric Physical Therapy Assistant | Patient-Centered Care

Palmetto Subacute Care Center currently seeks a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to deliver treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. The PTA will implement treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure patient-centered care for residents in our Miami facility. The ideal candidate has graduated from an accredited PTA program with valid Florida licensure and strong documentation skills, plus experience in geriatric or long-term
