Assistant Director, FEMA Disaster Recovery & Federal Grants

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is hiring an Assistant Director to guide agencies as they design and implement capital projects supported with FEMA PA funding. This grant-funded role requires coordinating with partners and ensuring compliance with Federal requirements during procurement and construction. The position is hybrid, with in-person days at 255 Greenwich Street in New York City, and is expected to last at least three years dependent on grant funding.
