Finance & Operations Leader Fast-Growth Scale

Reinforced Learning is seeking a senior finance professional to lead financial operations for a fast-growing company in New York. You will own budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting with the founders, as well as billing, collections and vendor payments. You will consolidate contributor payments, manage expense policy, and steward accounting, tax and audit relationships, building a robust finance stack and controls as the company scales.
