Key responsibilities:
Writes clear reconsideration decisions that support determinations made
Conducts research using federal regulations and related resources to ensure accurate and well-supported decisions
Organizes documents and ensures compliance with Privacy Act provisions
Required qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Three (3) years of general office experience
Two (2) years of experience in high volume customer calls, appeals, or billing
Medicare Part A knowledge preferred
Resided in the United States for a minimum of three (3) years out of the last five (5) years
