Production Engineer for AI-Driven CEO PRs

Campfire is seeking an engineer to take CEO-generated PRs to production, ensuring each change is correct within a live general ledger. You’ll work closely with leadership and customers to translate conversations into solid features. You will add tests, types, and error handling, fix N+1 queries, and ensure safe migrations. The role requires strong Python/Django experience and a practical, high-candor approach to shipping.
