Architectural Designer

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain architectural models and construction documents using Revit. Produce detailed plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and construction details. Assist project teams through all phases of project delivery, with an emphasis on design development and construction documentation. Coordinate architectural drawings with consultants, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines. Ensure drawing accuracy, quality, and compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and project standards. Support project architects and project managers in meeting project schedules and deliverables. Participate in project meetings and maintain communication with clients as needed. Incorporate client feedback and design revisions into project documentation. Assist with construction administration activities, including responses to RFIs and review of submittals, as required.
