Key responsibilities:
Analyze student activity and respond to discussions and assessments based on lead instructor input
Assist in managing student communications and escalating unique issues to the lead instructor
Monitor student engagement levels and recommend strategies to increase participation
Required qualifications:
Master's degree in Business or related discipline with relevant graduate coursework
Previous online teaching experience is required
5 years of professional experience in a Human Resource-related role, or 3 years in Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship, or Small Business Management
Experience working with diverse learning styles
Strong organizational and time management skills
