Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 Commission/year.
Job Category: Sales. In Home Sales Representative (Leads Provided). $95,000 to $125,000.Pay Structure Uncapped commissions + performance bonuses. Average annual earnings up to $95,000–$100,000; top performers can make up to $150,000+ annually.

What you'll do:
  • Conduct in-home sales presentations with qualified, preset appointments.
  • Lead engaging product demos; tailor solutions to homeowner needs.
  • Turn prequalified leads into high‐value sales by delivering consultative, in‐home presentations.
  • No cold calling; focus on connecting with homeowners, demonstrating products, and closing with confidence.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Build trust and long‐term customer relationships.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
  • What you bring
  • Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
