Shelter Program Director: Lead Operations & Impact

HELP USA INC. in Bronx, NY is seeking a Program Director for Serenity, a DHS-funded 52-bed transitional shelter serving single adult men, to oversee all shelter operations, ensure quality service delivery, program compliance, and the effective day-to-day functioning of the facility. You will recruit, train, and supervise staff; develop a supportive environment to retain skilled workers; manage budgets; track outcomes; ensure safety and cleanliness; and coordinate with community partners.
