# Associate Attorney – Civil & Commercial Litigation**Enara Law PLLC | Phoenix, AZ | Hybrid
About Enara LawEnara Law PLLC is a litigation-focused law firm representing clients in a broad range of civil and commercial disputes. Our practice focuses on contract disputes, business torts, and administrative litigation. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney with 1–4 years of civil litigation experience to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for an attorney who wants to build meaningful courtroom experience, take ownership of cases, develop strong client relationships, and continue growing as a litigator in a collaborative legal environment. We offer a hybrid work environment and prefer candidates located in the Phoenix metropolitan area who are available to work from our office 3–4 days per week.
Responsibilities:
Manage and support civil and commercial litigation matters in Arizona Superior Courts and federal courts.
Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, briefs, and other litigation documents.
Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
Communicate with clients regarding case developments, legal strategy, and potential outcomes.
Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, oral arguments, and other court proceedings.
Handle discovery, including document review, written discovery, and deposition preparation.
Negotiate settlements and assist in resolving disputes efficiently and effectively.
Monitor court deadlines, procedural requirements, and case schedules.
Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to move cases forward efficiently.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, legal ethics, and work product.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona.1–4 years of civil litigation experience.
Working knowledge of the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
