BIM Coordinator

Piper Companies is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support a leading engineering, construction, and design services organization. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for multidisciplinary model coordination, clash detection, BIM standards compliance, and collaboration across project teams. This BIM Coordinator role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in BIM workflows, Autodesk technologies, and project coordination. The BIM coordinator role is a 6 month contract with likelihood to extend and allows you to work remote with frequent travel to Atlanta, GA.Responsibilities of the BIM Coordinator: Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and project workflows. Set up and maintain linked models and project modeling environments. Perform clash detection and coordinate resolution of design conflicts. Verify model consistency, completeness, and Level of Information Need (LOIN) requirements. Monitor adherence to BIM standards, protocols, and modeling conventions. Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and communicate project updates. Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve spatial coordination issues. Manage and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements of the BIM Coordinator:3+ years of BIM coordination, model management, or related experience. Strong understanding of construction processes and multidisciplinary coordination. Proven experience working on Greenfield Projects supporting pharmaceutical, industrial, or mission-critical industries. Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud. Experience working within Common Data Environments (CDE).Knowledge of BIM standards, ISO 19650, and IFC-based information exchange principles. Experience supporting pharmaceutical, industrial, or mission-critical projects preferred. Compensation for the BIM Coordinator:$90,000 - $120,000
