Qualifications: Strong skills in identifying opportunities and tailoring organizational capabilities to a unique set of customer challenges Proven ability to engage with customers at multiple levels, navigate customer's processes and programs, and understand supply chain complexities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team and travel on an as needed basis Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field Experience in the manufacturing, engineering and/or supply chain industry is a must. Commercial Vehicle, Off Highway, Oil & Gas, Locomotive, Automotive, Marine is a plus.
