Location: New Port Richey, FL Status: Full Time, Salary

Shift Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: Yes This position requires Level II screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, managed by the Agency for Health Care Administration ( AHCA ). Responsibilities: The Board Certified Chaplain (BCC) is a full clinical member of the health care team and is considered the lead expert in Spiritual Care issues. Provides services for the pastoral/spiritual needs of patients, families, and staff members. Knowledgeable in theology, spirituality, and pastoral care.

Minimum Qualifications: Required Certification is NAJC (National Association of Jewish Chaplains) or APC (Association of Professional Chaplains) or NACC (National Association of Catholic Chaplains). Required Education is a Master's Degree from and Accredited University in Theology Related. 4 units, 1600 hours of Clinical Pastoral Education.
