Production Coordinator (Full-Time, NYC/Remote)
Role Overview: The Elements Music is in search of a full-time Production Coordinator to support our growing team across a range of key support functions such as CRM management, talent database upkeep, creative A&R and music supervision support, client relations, social media support, event coordination, admin, and more. We're looking for someone based in New York City who can represent us at local events as needed (the role itself is remote). We'd also consider a true stand-out in Los Angeles or Chicago, with the same local-events expectation. About You: A highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter, early in your career and hungry for growth Able to juggle several moving parts at once without letting things fall through the cracksA clear, friendly communicator, equally at ease emailing a client contact and keeping internal team members in the loop Genuinely interested in the music industry and the business of music-for-media, with a desire to build real skills that support high-level production Quick to pick up a new CRM, database, or project management tool Enjoys being out in the world, not just behind a screen: client events, screenings, and talent outreach excite you rather than drain you Thrives in a fast-moving, detail-heavy environment, and takes pride in being a team player who’s making key contributions
What You'll Do: Database & CRM Management Own CRM contacts data entry and ongoing management/updating Enter new talent into our database Client & Industry Relationship Support Support prep and execution for client/industry events (screenings, client invites, logistics/ordering, and more)Social Media support Meeting coordination and set up Creative & Pitch Support Assist with A&R and music supervision efforts - both proactive talent searches and project-specific searches Help build custom decks for prospective projects Administration Assisting with POs, invoicing, music agreements/licenses, and union docs Supporting PRO registration prep Archiving final assets

About You: " section and thought "that's me, let's go"Prior internship, assistant, or early-career experience in music, entertainment, or a related field is a plus, but not required; drive and aptitude matter more than years on a resume Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and comfort picking up new software/platforms quickly (experience navigating CRM platforms, DISCO, Slack, and Google Suite would be helpful)A genuine team player with a good heart and a strong work ethic Great music taste is a huge plus, and bonus points if you've got some music knowledge to back it upA great eye for design will be helpful, with any experience in design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) being a nice bonus Social media and/or marketing experience is a plusNYC-based is strongly preferred (though we’re open to Los Angeles or Chicago). As mentioned above, this role is remote, but we need someone based in these “advertising hub” cities, who can be out and about for events as needed.
