Woodlake Community Association (WCA) is currently seeking a supervisor for our racquet sports facility. The highly motivated individual will be responsible for team management, financial ownership, business development, operational maintenance and customer service excellence. The Supervisor will work closely with department staff to provide a premium racquet sports experience for tennis and pickleball members. The Supervisor will maintain the standards, goals and objectives of the WCA and support the Assistant General Manager. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Individual must be detail-oriented, flexible, multi-task and communicate effectively with staff in order to meet deadlines. Experience with tennis and pickleball facility maintenance required. Ability to train staff, identify new revenue opportunities, control costs and supervise day-to-day operations. Excellent customer and communication skills required. Managerial experience a plus.
Qualifications include:
college degree preferred, high school diploma, or educational equivalent; and valid driver's license. Ability to work extended hours, days, weekends, holidays or flexible schedule as necessary.
