Your Mission: Lead & Inspire– Motivate and guide a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists (TAS) to achieve top results. Onboard & Train– Ensure smooth onboarding and training for new team members and support other teams in their onboarding process. Coach & Develop– Conduct weekly one-on-one sessions to support your team’s growth and career development. Report & Communicate– Provide clear and reliable reports to top management, ensuring transparency. Your Responsibilities as a Senior Talent Acquisition Professional End-to-End Recruitment– From sourcing and interviews to salary negotiation and onboarding of technical consultants. Candidate Relationship Management– Maintain active engagement with candidates and keep them informed about new opportunities. What We Expect from You Experienced Recruiter– At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition, preferably in consulting, temporary work, or technical/scientific sectors. Aspiring Leader– Ready to step up into a leadership role and inspire your team. Language Proficiency– Fluent in Dutch and strong command of English.
