Solutions Architect

We're working with a well‐funded, high‐growth enterprise SaaS company building API‐first technology that helps international businesses manage complex financial and regulatory processes. Following significant investment and continued expansion, they're looking for a technically strong Solutions Architect to join their growing post‐sales team. This is a hands‐on, customer‐facing role where you'll take ownership of complex enterprise integrations, working closely with customer engineering teams to deliver successful implementations from initial requirements through to production go‐live. Own end‐to‐end technical implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design through deployment, go‐live and post‐launch support. Design, build, implement and troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks and authentication protocols. Work directly with enterprise customer engineering teams to resolve complex integration challenges. Integrate API‐first software with ERP, accounting, billing and financial systems. Translate complex financial, regulatory and compliance requirements into scalable technical solutions. Lead technical workshops, implementation meetings and customer stakeholder discussions. Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams. Identify opportunities to improve integration processes, documentation and product functionality.
