Shelter Shift Supervisor: Calm Crisis & Care Lead

Community Bridges, Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the St. Vincent de Paul shelter program in Phoenix to oversee overnight operations, lead Service Coordinators and volunteers, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents. You will coordinate intake/discharge, meals, logs, and incident reporting, collaborate with security and case management, and respond to crises with calm, organized leadership across shifts.
