Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to licensed nurses
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting OR clinical training preferred Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as neededBLS/CPRWhat We Offer$17.18 -18.90/hror more based on experience. Shift differential applies.
