Key responsibilities:
Maintain bi-weekly communication with clients and provide updates on case status
Assist attorneys in settlement negotiations and follow up with insurance companies
Log and maintain thorough case notes and documentation in Litify software
Required qualifications:
Fluency in English and Spanish
Prior case-management or personal-injury experience preferred
Proficiency in Litify software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to manage an average caseload of 80-120 personal injury cases
