Responsibilities:
Conduct field and home visits throughout NYCProvide in-person services (5–15 hours/week)Ability to work after school hours, evenings, or weekends Document all services in the electronic system within 48 hours Attend required supervision and training (virtual or in-person)Collaborate with Care Coordinators and clinical team members
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Per Diem Service Provider: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in a related field and/or human services or Master Degree and at least 1 year of experience working with children/youth in a mental health or related setting. Other Licensed Professional Services: Must hold an active New York State license as a Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Psychoanalyst, LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAT. Only professionals with one of these New York State clinical licenses are eligible to provide OLP services under the CFTSS program.
Preferred Qualifications: (Not Required)Bilingual in Spanish Experience working with diverse populations
