Director, Fixed Assets & Lease Accounting

Confidential Company is seeking a Director of Fixed Assets to lead the fixed asset and lease accounting functions in a fast-paced environment in Florida. This role manages capitalization, depreciation, CIP, and disposals, ensuring accurate reporting under US GAAP and ASC 842, while guiding a growing accounting team. You will oversee the monthly close, maintain subledger integrity, and monitor CAPEX requests, with emphasis on automation and internal controls.
