BU Finance Director — Growth & Profitability Lead

Repligen is seeking a Director of Finance reporting to the CFO, serving as a key business partner for the Cell Therapy BU to drive growth and profitability. This hybrid role is based out of Bothell, WA with responsibilities spanning forecasting, planning, and financial integration of new acquisitions. The role requires 12+ years of leadership in a global manufacturing environment, strong communication, and the ability to translate data into strategic insight for executive decision-making.
