Finance Budget Manager Full-time

Budgeting Manager Direct the preparation of annual Operating and Capital Budgets. Analyze monthly department expense variances to maintain expenditure controls. Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and cost reports. Examine budget submissions for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations. Submit recommendations supporting expenditures and cost containments. Analyze trends affecting the Networks financial position. Consult with managers to ensure that budget adjustments are made in accordance with program changes. Compile and analyze accounting records and other data to determine the financial resources required to implement a program. Perform cost-benefit analyses to compare operating programs, review financial requests, or explore alternative financing methods. Bachelor Degree required. Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting financial data. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resource modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Well trained in technology (Excel, Microsoft word, etc.)Healthcare savvy and well versed in industry terminology.
