Club Lounge Attendant

Club Lounge Attendant This position reports to the Club Lounge Manager. The Club Lounge Attendant ensures that every guest in the Club Lounge of Hotel Bennett is greeted and served with warmth, sincerity, and genuine southern hospitality. Duties include but are not limited to: serving alcohol, cleaning dishes, meeting and greeting every guest, preparing food displays, maintaining supplies, inventory, polishing and cleaning silver and glassware. Most importantly, the club attendant is responsible for creating a welcoming environment in the Club Lounge. He or she will always exhibit a great personality with an engaging smile, demonstrate a strong attention for detail, and uphold a high level of standards in order to create an incredible experience for each guest.

Education/Experience Ability to communicate with proper verbiage in spoken English At least one year prior serving or assistant serving experience Bar knowledge with some experience serving liquor, beer, and wine Excellent organization skills Professional and cooperative demeanor Positive and energetic attitude
