Energy Transactions Manager — Business Development

OCI Energy LLC is a battery energy storage and solar project developer and owner-operator. This Manager, Business Development role supports senior BD leaders in executing project divestitures, offtake processes and related commercial transactions across the transaction lifecycle. The position will also assist in securing and administering project debt and bonds, coordinating cross-functional teams, and preparing concise management updates for senior leaders.
