We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Analyst (Entry-Level) to support project planning, coordination, tracking, and reporting activities. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in project management, business operations, or program coordination. The Project Analyst will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on schedule, tasks are completed on time, and project documentation remains accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
Track project milestones, deliverables, deadlines, and action items.
Maintain project documentation, reports, meeting notes, and status updates.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute follow-up actions.
Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks.
Collect and organize project-related data for reporting and analysis.
Update project tracking tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
Communicate with stakeholders to gather updates and ensure accountability.
Support resource planning and workload tracking efforts.
Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for management.
Assist with process improvement initiatives and documentation.
Perform administrative and operational support tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.0-2 years of professional experience in project support, administration, operations, customer service, or a related role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or Smartsheet is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
