Senior EPC Estimator — Lead Major Bid Strategies

MasTec, Inc. is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead large conceptual EPC bids and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across designated markets. The role requires driving bid strategy, risk assessment, and comprehensive estimating from bid package receipt through proposal submission. The Senior Estimator will mentor Estimators I–III, manage bid timelines, and engage with owners/engineers to ensure competitive, compliant bids. Travel may be required.
