Associate Attorney/Lawyer- Litigation

Responsibilities of the Litigation Associate: Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, legal correspondence, etc. Attend court appearances in Florida state and federal courts Take and defend depositions Communicate clearly both orally and in writing to colleagues and clients Requirements for the Litigation Associate:1 - 7 years of litigation experience at a civil/commercial litigation law firm Licensed to practice law in Florida required CompensationThe salary range for this role is $125,000 to $225,000 or more. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also provided.
