Data Analytics And BI LeadIn this role you will lead managed services data analytics and BI workstreams for healthcare revenue cycle operations, turning data into actionable insights. You will guide cross-functional teams, coach colleagues, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables aligned with client needs. You'll translate business requirements into dashboards and data models while safeguarding security and privacy. This role sits within PwC's Advisory practice (Cybersecurity) and offers exposure to scalable analytics solutions that support data-driven decision making. Responsibilities:
  • Lead managed services data analytics and BI workstreams for healthcare revenue cycle operations
  • Oversee planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery of analytics initiatives across client engagements
  • Translate business requirements into dashboards, reporting, and data models to monitor operational performance
  • Analyze system data flows and identify linkages across clinical, billing, collections, and reporting processes
  • Guide teams in using Azure Data Factory and cloud-based data pipelines for data integration and refresh routines
  • Review analytics deliverables for accuracy, security, privacy, and compliance
  • Coach team members on analytical methods and development of technical skills
  • Address data quality, reporting, and delivery issues with clients and stakeholders while escalating risks
  • Apply cybersecurity, privacy compliance, and security controls to protect sensitive information in analytics solutions
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation and operational insight through advanced analytics and AI tools
Key requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience
  • Experience leading client workstreams across revenue cycle operations and reporting
  • Proficiency with Azure Data Factory, Agile, and digital tooling
  • Ability to manage delivery timelines and mentor teams
  • Knowledge of data flows across systems, data, and process improvements
