Estate Planning Attorney

Key Responsibilities: Review estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for high-net-worth clients Manage estate planning engagements from initial consultation through drafting and implementation Educate clients on estate planning matters as a subject matter expert in collaboration with Wealth Managers and Advisors

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience Deep experience in estate planning, including work with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals Demonstrated success in navigating complex estate planning matters Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex issues Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
