Structured Finance Associate - Corporate & Infra Deals

Santander USA's CIB Structured Finance team seeks an Associate to help originate, structure, and distribute syndicated loans for corporate and government clients. You will model financials, prepare offering materials, and support due diligence. The role requires 5+ years in related roles, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel as needed. A Bachelor's degree and proficiency with MS Office are expected.
