Plant Manager - Glass Recycling & Lean Excellence

Sibelco is seeking a Plant Manager for the Las Vegas glass recycling operation. You will lead production, maintenance, and safety programs, ensuring reliable performance and regulatory compliance. You will drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, manage a P&L, optimize yields, and foster a high-performing, safety-conscious culture. The role requires cross-functional leadership across Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering and a track record of cost reduction and continuous improvement.
