Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors and Building Owners
Train, hire and promote Project Managers, Estimators, Detailers, Purchasing, and others within the commercial mechanical division
In charge of revenue and profit numbers for commercial division of the company
Make sure projects are completed safely, on-time and under budget
Requirements:
5+ years of Mechanical Divisional Manager experience
15+ years of Mechanical-Airside experience
